Loving Hands Ministries is a non-profit, non-political, non-denominational, social charitable organization. We are registered under Society Act I, 1350 Facile, Hyderabad, the capital city of Andhra Pradesh, India with the noble objectives of helping the neglected and oppressed sections of society.
We have a special focus on caring for orphans and making disciple-makers. We feel a responsibility of educating the believers to preach the gospel and prepare souls for the imminent return of Jesus Christ. Loving Hands Ministries is loving, caring and touching the lives of individuals in all walks of life.
We have over 160 churches in India under the Loving Hands covering, an orphanage that houses 45 beautiful children (Nancy Wilson Children's Home), a school for the orphans (K-10th), a Bible College & Theological Seminary, and the Kim Dodson-Wilson Study Center to further train adults.
India has a population of 1.33 billion people and is the second most populous country in the world. India represents almost 17.85% of the world's population, which means one out of six people on this planet live in India. With the population growth rate at 1.2%, India is predicted to have more than 1.53 billion people by the end of 2030.
More than 50% of India's current population is below the age of 25 and over 65% below the age of 35. About 72.2% of the population lives in some 638,000 villages and the rest 27.8% in about 5,480 towns and urban agglomerations. India has the largest illiterate population in the world. Every year, India adds more people than any other nation in the world, and in fact the individual population of some of its states is equal to the total population of many countries.
If we can win India to Christ, we have accomplished a great portion of Christ's command to go and preach the gospel in all the world to every tribe and tongue.
